In high season (May-Oct), the famous Chocolate Train brings visitors to the House of Gruyères, production site of the famous swiss cheese. Then, he will explore the medieval town of Gruyères. Finally, the visitor continues his journey to the legendary Maison Cailler Nestlé in Broc where the secrets of chocolate making are revealed.
In the stately “Belle Époque”- Pullman 1915 vintage coaches and from Montbovon to Gruyères and Broc, and back to Montreux, will be made by bus, visitors travel in 1st class style only.

Panorama Hike from Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg.
The hike along the Höhenweg from Männlichen to Kleine Scheidegg offers a wonderful view of the Grindelwald valley. We can admire the surrounding mountains and enjoy the beautiful hike over alpine pastures full of wonder.
You will meet your private guide at the Männlichenbahn in Grindelwald Terminal. From there, you will take the gondola up to the Männlichen (2223m). You will enjoy a beautiful panorama on an easy hiking trail, the way leads more or less flat beneath the summit of Tschuggen to Honegg. The hiking guide will be happy to provide expert information about fauna, flora, geology or weather of the region. The hike continues along beneath the Lauberhorn then around and up to Kleine Scheidegg, where we can relax with a cold drink in one of the restaurants before taking the train down.

Take a souvenir photo with the famous Swiss flag on the Plateau before recovering your strength at one of the available restaurants. Stop by the famous Lindt Swiss Chocolate Heaven for a sweet finish and start your descent by cogwheel train via Kleine Scheidegg.
