Transfer to Chur (or St. Moritz) with the Glacier Express train.

Journey on the ‘Glacier Express’ train. Probably the most famous of the Swiss scenic trains. It is said to be the slowest train and the most spectacular route in Switzerland. It passes over 291 bridges, 91 tunnels and crosses the alpine pass of Oberalp at an altitude of 2,033m. The ‘Glacier Express’ train with its panoramic windows allows you to enjoy the charm and magic of the Swiss countryside. Arrival in the small village of Chur.

Train transfer from Chur to Lugano with the Bernina Express.

Today the route takes you from the cold alpine landscapes of Switzerland to the warmer part of the country, with the scenic train ‘Bernina express’, a line protected by UNESCO. Arrival in Tirano, you will continue by bus to Lugano, a spectacular stretch through the Italian Valtelina, passing Lake Como and Lake Lugano

From the Italian part of the country you will return to the heart of Switzerland, crossing the world's longest tunnel of 57 kilometres by train. In just 17 minutes you will cross under the Alpine massif. You will go to the lake as far as Bellinzona to take the scenic Gotthard Express to Fuelen, from where you will take a boat across Lake Lucerne.
