Along with Monte San Salvatore, Monte Brè is one of the two mountains that serve to frame the bay of Lake Lugano. Accessible by funicular, its summit offers a splendid view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. An enjoyable and pleasant walk leads down to the village of Brè. Dedicated exclusively to agriculture and pastures until just a few decades ago, it is now transitioning to modern life. However, it retains its full medieval charm within a unique landscape and the quiet of the countryside. In past years, artists who sought inspiration found these conditions ideal and chose to settle here, leaving behind many of their works which we still admire.

You will start your full-day private tour with a minivan transfer to Tremezzo.
